Hi, I'm Mike

I'm a father, entrepreneur, lifelong student, and someone who genuinely enjoys helping people find clarity when life feels overwhelming.

Over the past two decades, I've worked in hospitality, owned businesses, built teams, reinvented myself more than once, and learned some of my biggest lessons through both successes and failures. Along the way, I've developed a deep appreciation for how differently each person experiences life, and why the right answer is rarely the same for everyone.

Some of the most meaningful work I've ever done hasn't been in a restaurant or a business. It's been in my own life.

I've spent years intentionally learning about relationships, parenting, communication, habits, health, behavior change, and what helps people move from feeling stuck to taking meaningful action. More importantly, I've done that work on myself.

That journey is what led me to create Kinetic Theory.

Hospitality taught me that exceptional service isn't about having all the answers. It's about listening carefully, paying attention to what matters, anticipating needs, and helping people feel seen and supported.

That's the same mindset I bring to every client I work with.

My goal is to ask thoughtful questions, offer honest perspective, share practical tools, and help people navigate challenges with greater confidence and clarity.

If we work together, you'll get someone who listens without judgment, tells you the truth with compassion, respects your autonomy, and genuinely wants to see you build a life you're excited to live.

We all get stuck sometimes.

You don't have to figure it all out alone.

If you're ready, let's figure out what moving forward looks like for you.

My Philosophy

I believe most people don't need another guru.

They don't need someone pretending to have all the answers, and they don't need a one size fits all blueprint for life.

They need someone who can help them think clearly, gain perspective, and find the ideas that actually move them forward.

That's why I approach this work more like a concierge than a coach.

A good concierge listens first. They understand the person in front of them, what matters to them, and what they actually need. Then they help identify the right next step.

That's how I approach this work.

It's also where the name Kinetic Theory comes from. In science, kinetic theory describes how countless tiny movements and interactions at the microscopic level create larger changes we can actually see and measure (I'm a bit of a science nerd!). And I've always believed change in our lives works much the same way.

Big changes rarely happen all at once. They start small. A different perspective. A better decision. A new habit. One step in a different direction. Those small movements add up, creating changes in your life that you can actually see and measure.

There is no predetermined roadmap. I don't believe there is one right way to live. I believe there is a right way for you.

Sometimes you need accountability. Sometimes you need someone to challenge your thinking. Sometimes you need help navigating a relationship, parenting, healthier habits, a business idea, or a major life transition. And sometimes you simply need another perspective.

Whatever brings you here, my job isn't to tell you how to live your life. It's to help you get unstuck, think more clearly, and move forward with intention.

I believe meaningful change comes through curiosity, honesty, accountability, and consistent action. Not shame, fear, or perfection.

The goal is not to make you dependent on me.

It's to help you become more confident in yourself and more capable of navigating your own life.

Let's Talk

Tell me a little about yourself, what you're working through, and what you'd like to change. We'll start there and figure out together what kind of support makes sense for you.
